Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
Jersey City, N.J., Oct. 23, 2025 – WealthCounsel announced today that Henna Shah has resigned as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). After a long and successful tenure, Shah has decided it is the right time to start working on the next chapter of her professional career.
WealthCounsel recognizes and celebrates Shah’s leadership and dedication to the company over the last eight years, the last five of which she has served as CEO.
“Henna is a much-loved and highly respected leader who has been instrumental in leading the business through a period of significant change, innovation, and growth. Grantham, who has worked closely with Shah over the past three years, has been appointed interim CEO to ensure a smooth transition while the company goes through the process of appointing a successor.
