Academic Subscription
Estate Planning Software for Law Schools
Estate planning is built on thoughtful strategy, nurtured client relationships, and carefully drafted legal documents. But law students rarely touch the tools attorneys actually use until after graduation. That gap between black-letter law and practice makes the transition to real-world legal work harder than it needs to be.
That is where we can help. Give your students hands-on experience with the same document drafting platform used by thousands of practicing estate planning attorneys.
Gain Real-World Skills with Professional Legal Tools
Students in the Academic Subscription do not use a simplified, stripped-down version of our drafting software. They learn on the exact same platform trusted by thousands of licensed estate planning attorneys across the country. As a result, the skills they build in your classroom or clinic translate directly into the skills they will need in practice.
The Academic Subscription is designed for the following users:
Students of law school professors and faculty members who teach estate planning, elder law, or special needs planning
Faculty members who oversee wills, trusts, and estates coursework for paralegal programs
Legal clinic faculty members who supervise student casework under attorney supervision
