Business Docx: Non-Disclosure Agreement (Bilateral)
A close cousin to the unilateral NDA, the bilateral NDA is simply a mutual promise not to disclose information. The bilateral NDA is commonly used during negotiations among businesses or other entities, and should certainly be in place before serious talks of a joint venture, a merger, acquisition, or other long-term relationship among business entities that have different equity interest holders.
