Estate Tax Repeal
Both the US House and Senate have recently introduced bills to repeal the estate tax and the generation skipping transfer tax. But, even if the bills pass, it is possible that these taxes could be re-instituted again in the future. Such changes could cause problems with portability, GST exempt trusts, and various common funding clauses. Join Robert S.
