SECURE Supplemental Needs Trust
The SECURE Act changed who is entitled to stretch required minimum distributions of an inherited retirement account over their life expectancy. Beneficiaries who are disabled or chronically ill are among the groups who are entitled to this benefit. Because of this consideration, a new trust is now offered in Elder Docx: the SECURE Supplemental Needs Trust.
