Cassandra Jones is an experienced elder law and estate planning lawyer. She is licensed in Nevada (2003) and California (2005). She has substantial experience in private practice and in the courts. She served as the Staff Attorney for the District Court in Douglas County, Nevada, a general jurisdiction court that handles mostly family law matters. She also served as one of the founding members of Douglas County SAFE, Special Advocates for the Elderly, and is a contributing author to the Nevada Guardianship Manual (publication pending). Cassandra is a founding member of the Douglas County Bar Association, as well as a past president and secretary/treasurer for the association. She is the Co-Chair for the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada, and a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. She gives of her time as a SAFE volunteer and through her church.
