With the prevalence of Internet marketing, direct mailers, and mass media advertisements, an estate planning attorney has heavy competition in reaching her target market. The delicate nature of creating and implementing an estate plan, which requires the disclosure of the client’s most private and confidential affairs, requires a trustworthy person to design the estate plan. Most clients will not knock on an attorney’s door unless the clients can rely on and trust the attorney. The key to attracting clients is relationship marketing.
