About the Program:
This course is designed to improve your firm’s efficiency and profitability while enhancing the client experience.  You will receive thorough training in drafting revocable living trust centered estate plans and discover essential practice building strategies, including how to design a “Continuum of Care” for your clients once they receive their executed estate planning documents.  To enhance the learning experience, prior to attending the live event, participants will complete an answer file for an estate planning scenario.  This will accelerate the participant’s knowledge and familiarity with the RLT documents.  This course is ideal for attorneys as well as for associates, paralegals, and support team members who assist in drafting and assembling documents, managing client communications, managing the law firm’s estate planning process, and contribute to the firm’s efficiency and profitability.
