WealthCounsel® Unveils New Brand Identity and Website
New tagline “Practice Excellence™” represents WealthCounsel’s unique brand promise.Madison, WI, Aug. 1, 2012 WealthCounsel, a nationwide collaborative organization for attorneys and wealth planning professionals, recently unveiled a new logo, tagline, and website, featuring a crisp, fresh color palette. The new branding unifies WealthCounsel’s identity across all product lines to better communicate the value of membership to its vibrant, expanding, and forward-thinking community of planning professionals.
“As WealthCounsel continues to grow as a collaborative of attorneys, wealth advisors, and accounting professionals, we recognized the need to align our visual identity with our expansive mission. Reexamining our branding gave us the opportunity to incorporate all aspects of our practice solutions and intentionally tie them together for all members of the client’s planning team,” said WealthCounsel CEO Matthew T. McClintock, J.D.
McClintock noted that the new website enables WealthCounsel to more effectively engage professionals who visit the site, while establishing a stronger, more personal connection with current members who log in. He noted that WealthCounsel’s value proposition is symbolized by the new tagline “Practice Excellence™”, which he said “more effectively represents both ’what’ our members do, and ‘how’ they do it.”
WealthCounsel’s mission is to equip professionals to change lives through proper planning. Its value proposition, known as the “5 Criteria of Practice Excellence,” is succinctly illustrated in a graphic circle design on the new website. The five elements of excellence include: software and technology (featuring the WealthDocx® estate planning software system for attorneys and The Wealth Strategies Inventory™/Advisors Forum Planner™ for interdisciplinary professionals), vibrant community, collaboration and marketing, continuing education, and personalized membership support.
Over the next few months, WealthCounsel will gradually roll out its new brand identity in marketing literature, newsletters, advertising, and other marketing collateral. The new graphics will feature photographs of current WealthCounsel members as a way to communicate the sense of pride members feel in being part of a community of professionals committed to changing clients’ lives for the better.
