Helping Consumers Understand the Importance of Estate Planning

If you are a member or a volunteer of a civic, religious, or non-profit group (such as the Rotary Club, Kiwanis Club, AARP, or other organizations), it is likely that your group would benefit from having an estate planning attorney from your area speak at your meetings on topics of interest. Such topics might include, general retirement planning, the use of trusts in estate planning, or charitable giving strategies, just to name a few.

WealthCounsel attorneys believe in a client-centric approach to estate planning, and many are also active in their communities as volunteers. In fact, a recent survey of our members indicated that approximately 73% of those who responded indicated that they serve on the boards of civic or non-profit organizations. Therefore, the opportunity to match our member-attorneys with civic organizations in search of their expertise is part of our mission to help promote understanding of the estate planning profession, and to facilitate networking with civic groups in their geographic area.

Because WealthCounsel member attorneys are located in all 50 states, it is possible that one of our estate planning attorneys would be available to address your group.

We Offer Two Options to Help You Find a Speaker for Your Group

1. First, we would suggest that you explore our Member Directory on this website to identify an attorney in your geographic area, and then contact that attorney directly with your request.

2. Secondly, if you are unable to locate an attorney in your area who is available to speak with your group, we would suggest you submit a request through our Speakers Bureau and we will try to identify a speaker for you. Speaker Request Form
