    c. Estate tax only impacts a small percentage of Americans. Every person needs to put a structure around the way their inheritance ultimately passes during their life and once they are gone.

  3. Since the law is so uncertain, you really need to see a knowledgeable attorney who can help you plan and make sure the estate plan if for you.
  4. The importance of funding the trust. (Creating a trust is the first step, but the client's assets must be transferred into the trust, a process called "funding the trust.") 
  5. Implication of no estate plan
  6. Estate planning isn’t “death” planning. It is also planning if you are disabled.
