Matthew T. McClintock, J.D.
As CEO for WealthCounsel, LLC, Matt works with Jonathan Mintz to develop strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives, formulates corporate policies and procedures, and directs the operations of the various departments. Matt also oversees editorial development of WealthDocx, WealthCounsel's industry-leading document assembly software. He provides in-depth legal support to member attorneys concerning estate planning issues and coordinates collaborative projects by member attorneys. Matt serves as teaching faculty for WealthCounsel's multi-day EP100 and EP101 courses, and provides input and oversight to the continuous improvement process, helping to ensure excellence and consistency in all of WealthCounsel's products and services. Matt is admitted to practice law before the Oklahoma and United States Supreme Courts.

Jonathan A. Mintz, J.D.
As COO for WealthCounsel, LLC, Jonathan works with Matt McClintock to develop strategies to achieve the company’s goals and objectives, formulates corporate policies and procedures, and directs the operations of the various departments. Jonathan is also the COO of The Advisors Forum, LLC, an interdisciplinary membership organization that provides a proven marketing system for wealth planning professionals – including estate planning attorneys -- to generate consistent business. Jonathan frequently speaks to lawyers, accountants, and insurance and financial professionals, often in the area of effective collaboration among the various disciplines of wealth planning professionals. He has also published articles in numerous publications including Estate Planning, the AICPA’s The Tax Adviser, and The Journal of Financial Service Professionals.

Matthew Croft
Matt currently is the Operations Coordinator for WealthCounsel and The Advisors Forum. He coordinates all aspects of the daily operations for both companies with a focus on long-term strategic planning. Matt began his professional career with the law firm of Brislawn Lofton, PLLC, before joining WealthCounsel in 2001. After undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional specializing in MS Windows, MS Office, networking and web development as well as an A+ certified hardware technician.

Laura Curtiss
Laura is responsible for the accounting and finance organization for WealthCounsel and The Advisors Forum, including financial reporting, banking and accounting. Prior to joining WealthCounsel in 2009, Laura led accounting and finance operations at various public and private firms in California and Wisconsin. She was also a manager for KPMG in Silicon Valley where she provided financial, managerial and systems consulting to a wide variety of emerging and high-growth clients. Laura received her B.A. degree in Business Administration – Accounting, from the University of Washington, Seattle.
Jenny Ellingson
As Project Manager, Jenny is responsible for overseeing and integrating major initiatives that cross over multiple departments in WealthCounsel. As the Director of Employee Relations, she is charged with the development, training, and morale/welfare of all WealthCounsel employees. Prior to joining WealthCounsel in October 2007, Jenny served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. She worked as a Program Manager in Space Command and instructed Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) classes at the University of Central Florida. Jenny received her M.S. in Management from the University of Central Florida, and her B.S. in Human Resources Management at the University of Idaho.
Marlene Hoover Frith, A.P.R.
Marlene directs WealthCounsel’s marketing and public relations initiatives. She brings to WealthCounsel more than 15 years of progressive accomplishments in the corporate sector relating to national brand building, sales development and strategic alliances. Prior to her marketing career in the business sector, Marlene served as a Congressional aide on Capitol Hill and later as a political consultant for state and national campaigns. As a member of the Public Relations Society of America, Marlene earned the public relations credential (APR) requiring longevity in practice and mastery in the field. She received her communications degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
Kristine Hynes
Kristine joined WealthCounsel in 2005. In the time she has been at WealthCounsel she has played a vital role in the efforts to develop and implement new and innovative ways of providing service to our members. Prior to joining WealthCounsel, Kristine was on the Technology Support management team for a Fortune 500 company. It is this experience which has enabled her to excel in her varied duties here at WealthCounsel. Kristine received her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
John Logan
As Director of Sales for WealthCounsel and The Advisors Forum, John is charged with formulating and executing the sales growth strategy for both companies. He brings 17 years of sales leadership experience mostly concentrated in the areas of consulting and business process outsourcing. Prior to joining WealthCounsel, John headed the sales efforts for Automatic Data Processing’s small business division throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Arkansas. John received his B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Chico where he was a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon, a national management honor society.
