  • Annual Membership renewal is optional after the first year of membership.

Plus first year membership dues of $450 per month. Payments begin on the first month following signup and are billed on the first day of each month for 12 months.

36 Month Initiation Fee Payment Plan - $450 regular monthly dues plus $138.95 (includes nominal interest rate of 7.00% on $4500 initiation fee amortized over 36 months.)

$588.95 per month - a minimum of 12 months membership is required. Payments begin on the first month following signup and are billed on the first day of each month for 12 months.

If membership is canceled anytime before the end of 36 months there is a cancellation fee of $4500 less $125 for each month $588.95 membership fees have been paid. After initial 36 months, monthly dues will automatically transfer to the current rate, presently $450 per month.
