Member agrees to pay WealthCounsel as follows: 

Nonrefundable Initial Fee of $4,500 paid in three equal monthly payments of $1,500 each, plus 12 consecutive monthly installments of $450 (the “Initial Monthly Membership Term”). The first payment on the Initial Fee and the first installment of the Initial Monthly Membership Term are due and payable with this completed Agreement. We will charge the remaining payments of the Initial Fee in two consecutive months beginning the first month after the Effective Date. We will also begin to automatically charge the monthly installments of the Initial Monthly Membership Term each month, beginning with the first month after the Effective Date. 

After completion of the Initial Monthly Membership Term, the continuing Monthly Membership Fee will be equal to the then-current regular membership rate. Membership is subject at all times to the “Terms and Conditions” of Membership, attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference. 

Sales Tax Notice: If you reside in any of the following states, sales tax will be assessed on the full amount of Initial Fee and on the first $25 of each Monthly Membership Fee: CO, FL, ID, ME, NV, TX, UT, WA, WI. 

We will charge your debit/credit card in the amount of $1,950 as we process your Membership Agreement

24 consecutive monthly installments of $650 (the "Initial Monthly Membership Term") commencing on the first business day of the month following the Effective Date. After the Initial Monthly Membership Term the continuing Monthly Membership Fee will be equal to membership rate of $450 per month.

Core Edition Only: 24-month amortized payment (Credit Application required):

Nonrefundable Initial Fee of $3,000 amortized over 24 months plus interest of 8.5% per annum (payable in 24 equal payments of $125), plus 24 consecutive monthly installments of $365 (the “Initial Monthly Membership Term”). Member will pay the Initial Fee and the installments of the Initial Monthly Membership Term in 24 consecutive monthly payments of $475 commencing on the first business day of the month following the Effective Date. After the initial 24 payments the continuing Monthly Membership Fee will be equal to the then-current regular membership rate.

WealthDocs Advanced Edition Only - Lump-sum payment:

Nonrefundable Initial Fee of $3,000 paid in full, plus 12 consecutive monthly installments of $350 (the “Initial Monthly Membership Term”) commencing on the first business day of the month following the Effective Date. After the Initial Monthly Membership Term the continuing Monthly Membership Fee will be equal to the thencurrent regular membership rate.
