The 2009 Planning for the Generations Symposium presents a unique forum for wealth planning professionals from all disciplines to explore solutions to today’s most challenging estate planning and elder law issues. Participants will gain new insight and perspectives from industry leaders while earning continuing education credits and meeting and collaborating with colleagues.

As the first event of its kind, the Planning for the Generations Symposium is made possible through the joint efforts of WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel and The Advisors Forum – three organizations comprised of nearly 3,500 practitioners committed to an interdisciplinary approach to client-centered planning.

The current economic recession and great uncertainty in the stock market has caused many clients’ net worth to plummet, but creative attorneys and advisors can help clients turn adversity into advantage. Staying relevant to clients’ needs through uncertainty and change is critical to sustaining and growing your practice. At the Symposium, you will find relevant solutions too many of the challenges facing your clients, and discover new techniques to diversify and expand into lucrative niche markets.

Join us in Chicago for this special event featuring a wide range of topics presented by a distinguished faculty. Benefit from this extraordinary opportunity to build new relationships, extend your business reach, and return home equipped with relevant strategies to serve the needs of your clients.

Law Students & Faculty Welcome!
This event presents an excellent opportunity for those who may be considering a career in the estate planning or elder law fields to obtain a sense for the hottest topics in estate and elder law planning. Network with attorneys who may be looking for interns and associates, ask legal technical questions during the breakout sessions, and learn how an automated drafting system is critical to efficiency and profitability.
